a composer of seemingly undetermined breed. attempts to analyze his fur and DNA are inconclusive. a cat that became infused with a human boy through magic. one of the most mischievous composers at the Foundation, and one of the youngest: the young Wunderkind is only twelve years old.
he is cat first, composer second. being in his presence is a reminder of this. anything shiny and detachable might not stay for long, especially for Dmitri Shostakovich. any object near the edge of desks quickly gets knocked to the floor. too little attention and he won’t be quiet, but too much attention and he doesn’t hesitate to use his claws. his charming wit and humor, as well as his genius save him from being unbearable— but even these may be too much.
when attacking, the mischievous tom will play a game of cat and mouse: locking in on a single target and giving chase. his powerful hind legs allow him to sprint at blinding speeds, and his front claws are quite sharp. but fear not, his claws are often trimmed, both for safety and to allow him to properly play instruments. when an enemy does not indulge in his games, he runs away and safely attacks from somewhere out of sight with his songs.
a collar with an enchantment on it that refuses to unlock or be torn apart for anyone other than authority. its stubbornness is a match for Mozart, who will always fidget with and claw at it, much to Tchaikovsky’s annoyance.
one of the few pairs of shorts within regulation of Foundation dress code. the usual assigned pair of trousers would hinder his movement, due to his irregular anatomy. a flap is located at the base of his back to accomodate for his tail.
